Ryan Reynolds leaks huge cameo in “Deadpool and Wolverine”

With Deadpool and Wolverine There will be plenty of cameos, most of which have either been revealed or rumored, but Ryan Reynolds decided to join in on the fun and leak a cameo of his own.

Is it another superhero from the MCU or previous Marvel films from 20th Century Fox? No! It is none other than Reynolds' co-star Rob McElhenney from Welcome to Wrexham.

“Rob McElhenney will have a cameo in #DeadpoolAndWolverine,” wrote one Twitter user. “Confirmed on tonight's new episode of Welcome To Wrexham!”

The entertaining video above shows Reynolds in his Deadpool costume along with McElhenney, who is wrapped in a parka jacket to conceal his costume.

However, an observant Twitter user took a closer look and spotted an orange color on the hem of McElhenney's jacket, suggesting that he is playing either a TVA agent or a Minuteman.

“TVA in orange under the jacket?” said the X-user.

For reference, we have included a picture of the TVA Minutemen below.

Seems to be an accurate guess in our opinion. Reminds us of when Daniel Craig made a cameo appearance in 2015 Star Wars: The Force Awakens where he played a stormtrooper.

Deadpool and Wolverine is set to be one of the biggest Marvel films of all time. The hype surrounding the film is palpable. Although the film's release is still two months away, cinemas already seem to be making money, as tickets for the project have officially gone on sale.

Deadpool meets Wolverine and…Wolverine?

Hugh Jackman is not the only one Logan Star returns to Deadpool and Wolverine. A popular rumor says that his co-star Dafne Keen will return as X-23 in the Marvel project. While many fans would have liked to see Keen as the MCU's Wolverine, this cameo may be just a small consolation prize.

Dafne Keen and Hugh Jackman will also be accompanied by several variants in Deadpool and WolverineRumor has it that everyone from Daniel Radcliffe to Taron Egerton could appear in the project as different versions of Logan. If true, the film will truly be a celebration of everything Wolverine is, was, and could be!

Deadpool and Wolverine is currently expected for July 26, 2024.
