Sexyy Red confirms she's in viral high school fight video

Sexyy Red responds to rumors that the rapper is a central character in a viral high school fight video.

Via X (formerly known as Twitter), the “Pound Town” artist responded to a thread with a video clip that apparently showed her in a physical altercation with a classmate during high school.

“Was with Det!!!!” she wrote, signing the brawl.

And the fans were there! “Sexyy Red can fight and make catchy music, she is unstoppable,” wrote one user.

“Sexyy been steppin,” noted another commenter, accompanied by a meme of Spongebob wearing a pair of black Nike Air Force Ones; seemingly a joke about the belief that people wearing black Air Force Ones are not to be trifled with.

Whether she's offering insights into her evolving style or sharing snippets from her personal life, Sexyy Red is known for giving her fans a front-row seat to her life.

Earlier this year, the Missouri native surprised many when she revealed that she had not followed common advice to wait six weeks after giving birth before resuming sexual activity.

In her Instagram stories, she wrote: “Doodie Lo is going to look me straight in the face and say 'You didn't wait six weeks for these did you?' Surely not bookie what's up?” As blogs began sharing her post, she reiterated her shocking claim, adding: “And who's going to check me out boo?”

She added to her claim: “Baby, I would have collapsed in my hospital bed if I could have… what's going on?”

In a February 5 Instagram post, the 25-year-old rapper announced that she had given birth to her second child, recreating a popular meme that shows reality star Tiffany “New York” Pollard waiting on her bed wearing sunglasses.

“Waiting to get out of the hospital so I can hang out with the boys,” she wrote alongside a photo of herself in a hospital gown.
