Street Fighter reboot movie reveals official logo

Legendary is already advertising the upcoming Street Fighter Reboot. A new live-action film from Legendary is currently in the works and an early promo poster for the film has been revealed.




According to Collider, the poster was presented at the Las Vegas Licensing Expo. The image shows a brick wall covered with the Street Fighter Logo, along with the logos of Legendary Entertainment and Capcom. The reboot Maintaining a logo similar to that used for the video games seems to indicate that the film wants to stay true to the original. You can see the logo below.

Mortal Kombat 2 finally gets a cinema release date

A date has finally been set for the release schedule for the Mortal Kombat movie sequel.


This new perspective on Street Fighter Co-director: Talk to me Directors Danny and Michael Philippou. The project was officially announced in April 2023, although there were not many fruitful updates on its progress. What was communicated at the time was that Legendary Entertainment acquired the film and television rights Street Fighterwhich means there could be a companion series if the film is well received. No casting information has been released and it is not yet clear which characters will be featured.

There have been several live-action films based on Street Fighter that have been filmed in the past. The first feature film adaptation was released in 1994, starring Jean-Claude Van Damme as Guile alongside Raul Julia as M. Bison. Although the film was panned by critics at the time, it was a box office success and has developed a cult following since its release.

In 2009, an independent live-action film based on the franchise was released. Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun-LiThe film served as an origin story for the character Chun-Li. The film was a box office flop and was not particularly well received upon its release.

The franchise began with the original video game released in 1987, although it became popular due to the success of the sequel. Street Fighter IIwhich was released in 1991. Although less bloody than Mortal KombatThe fighting game has been very popular with players ever since and features a number of interesting characters with unique moves and fighting styles. Street Fighter is now one of the highest-grossing video game franchises of all time.

A release date has not yet been set for Street Fighter Restart.
