Assassin's Creed Mirage free download and new release announced

Immerse yourself in the latest Assassin's Creed title on the go

Already published in October, Assassin's Creed Mirage is the 13th major part of the popular Assassin's Creed series. You take the players to Baghdad in the 9th century and take on the role of the young assassin Basim, who takes on these annoying Templars.

Already available on PlayStation, Xbox and PC, Apple has announced that the popular role-playing game will also be available for the iPhone 15 Pro, iPad Air and iPad Pro in a few weeks.

In addition, Apple also offers users the opportunity to try it out Assassin's Creed Mirage will be available for free for up to 90 minutes, after which the game will be available again at the full console price, which is currently $49.99.

Starting June 6, players can immerse themselves in the Assassin's Creed title on the go while relaxing in bed, in the bathtub, or on the roof. The world is their oyster and all that is needed is an Apple product that is at least the Apple A17 Pro (iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max) or has Apple M1 or faster.

At around 3.8GB in size, the download is quite large, but significantly smaller than its console counterpart, meaning the graphics will be as good as expected. However, Ubisoft still promises “stunning graphics” and controls optimized for touchscreens.

Last but not least, the iPhone version also features cross-save, so you can switch between devices without losing progress.
