Early specifications of the Xiaomi MIX Fold 4 have been leaked

Following some possible leaked specs of Xiaomi's first foldable phone, specs of the upcoming Xiaomi MIX Fold 4 have now gone live, courtesy of the folks at Android Headlines. This is a small leak in which the code in HyperOS revealed the phone's cameras.

According to the code, these are two telephoto cameras that will be part of the phone. These include a 60MP 2x camera and a 10MP 5x periscope lens. Xiaomi won't be the first to launch a foldable device with multiple telephoto cameras. Vivo has already done this with the X Fold and X Fold Plus, but it will certainly help Xiaomi stand out from the competition.

This includes Samsung, where the cameras on the company's foldable devices are questionable compared to its flagship devices. Additionally, if the rumors are true, there won't be any camera upgrades on the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6, giving Xiaomi a slight edge for those who care deeply about the camera quality of their phones.

Apart from the cameras, not much else is known about the MIX Fold 4. It will most likely use a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. It could also support 100W charging with a 5,000mAh battery. The bad news is that we've heard that it could be a China exclusive, but we'll have to wait and see.
