Visitors who asked to see Chairman Morgan Wallen threw up, leading to the arrest

There's a lot to see in Music City, but this week some Nashville visitors are interested in checking out Chief's bar on Broadway, where Morgan Wallen was recently arrested.

Specifically, guests at Chief's want to see the chair that the 30-year-old country star allegedly threw from the roof of the music venue, bar and restaurant on Sunday, April 7, leading to his arrest.

PEOPLE confirms that since Tuesday, April 9 — just two days after Wallen was charged with three counts of reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct — several tourists have inquired about seeing the chair.

Photos taken by PEOPLE show the roof of Chief's on Broadway, home to Rodney Scott's Whole Hog BBQ restaurant.

It is noteworthy that only one table for four at the barbecue area has three chairs, while the other tables have four seats.

The images also illustrate the height of the six-story eatery, which overlooks Nashville's busy Broadway.

Chief's is owned by country hitmaker Eric Church with AJ Capital Partners. The live music venue/bar-restaurant is the latest addition to Nashville's main attraction, having just celebrated its grand opening on Friday, April 5th.

The space includes “different floors for different experiences” in the fully renovated Leslie Warner Building, located at the corner of 2nd and Broadway.

On Tuesday, Chief's updated its marquee with a reference to Wallen's arrest, which they posted photos of on their official Instagram.

Now one side of the sign outside the entrance above the name of the rooftop restaurant reads: “OUR PIGS DO NOT FLY OUR CHAIRS.”

PEOPLE has learned that Wallen was at Chief's not long before the alleged incident and that few other guests or employees knew what happened at the time.

Previous reports from local Nashville media outlet WKRN said witnesses saw the singer-songwriter pick up the chair, throw it over the edge and then “laugh.”

Following news of Wallen's arrest, his attorney, Worrick Robinson, issued a statement to PEOPLE. “On Sunday evening at 10:53 p.m., Morgan Wallen was arrested in downtown Nashville for reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct,” the statement said. “He is cooperating fully with the authorities.”

Following his arrest, the “Chasin' You” singer was given a $15,250 bond, according to court documents, and faces a May 3 “settlement” court date in Nashville.
